Anonymous: Hey there, i recently started dieting and exercising a bit more, about 4 or 5 days ago. i felt sick for a few days, is this just because of the the change in diet and exercise programme? 

It definitely could be, especially if you aren’t used to eating healthy or if you’re pushing your body a little too hard in the beginning. Make sure that you’re drinking enough water! :)
