I know, I’ve been a bit busy to update this blog, but when I came across this in the June/July issue of Seventeen I knew that my followers had to see it!
Rules:
- Exercise atleast 5 days a week, for 25 minutes. That’s easy!
- Eat 5 times a day (fresh food over junk!)
- Find 5 new ways to be active every week.

These are all workouts I’ve been hoarding for a while that help tone your legs/thighs. Personally, my favorite way to get toned legs are through pilates. It’s no joke! Also, walking a lot helps a ton.

Completely embarrassing comeback from a hiatus, but ‘sup guys? Haha.
I’m curious as to what you guys would like to see more of. Recipes? Workouts (which areas)? Advice? Guides? I’m asking because I pretty much have everything covered on my blog…and now I’m lost. Haha.

For the 4 week bikini guide, are you suppose to do 50 minutes or choose between the two options? (like day 1 is 25/ legs 25/ back)
